If Honeyview supports viewing HEIC files, then I won't have to bother converting it to jpg format.

HEIC is an image format with better compression than jpg, and has the potential to gradually replace jpg in the future, but as of now, HEIC is so low in versatility that many image viewers don't support viewing it.

Microsoft's Image Manager can browse it, but the speed of Win10 Photo app to open images is much weaker than professional image viewers. Honey is the perfect image viewer, hopefully it will add support for HEIC files!

Requesting this too. Atm, with most phones, when taking pictures with HDR turned on(which is the default configuration), the files are saved as HEIC. and Honeyview doesn't support it. so it makes for a very tedious process when browsing phone files.

Please consider adding HEIC support with the next updates.

Recently, we have terminated technical support for Honeyview to release BandiView instead, a new image viewer improved from the old one. This new viewer does support viewing images in the HEIC format.
