macOS 14에서 외장 드라이브나 USB 메모리에서 압축을 하면 압축파일이 보이지 않는 문제가 발생하고 있습니다.
이는 macOS 14에서 유니코드 파일명을 처리하는 부분의 버그로 추정되며, 아래 도움말 링크를 참고하시어, 설정을 변경하시면 됩니다.
그 외 환불 건에 대해서는 애플의 강력한 개인정보 보호 정책으로 인해 서드파티 앱 개발사와는 개인 정보를 전혀 공유하지 않기 때문에,
