HHVM support

Hi all,

As we all know hhvm has diverged ( https://hhvm.com/blog/2017/09/18/the-future-of-hhvm.html ) . Is there any plans to still support hhvm or not ?

If there is no issues can we remove hhvm support ?

While I hate to break BC, there is so little use of HHVM that I'm willing to relax my position there.

We can remove HHVM support.
