ROR release 1.54 adds domains to over 2300 records

The latest release of ROR, release 1.54, is kind of a cool one: we've populated the `domains` element, new in version 2 of the ROR schema, for 2,366 records. Domains can be used for email verification (as ORCID has recently done) and can help with organization disambiguation. The ROR web search displays websites, not domains, but the domain metadata is available in the API and data dump and can be seen in the JSON view from individual records, such as the record for Umeå University: https://ror.org/05kb8h459
