ROR release 1.48

Hi all,

There's a new release of the ROR registry! Release 1.48 adds 187 records and modifies 1,745 records, bringing the total of active, inactive, and withdrawn records in ROR to 109,746.

As always, the new and updated records are immediately available in the API, and the latest data dump is available at https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.6347574.
