COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Learn the techniques and methods used to study sea turtle nesting during this 4-day, hands-on field course at a key nesting beach in the Yucatán Peninsula. Gain experience alongside conservation professionals as you conduct night patrols and nest monitoring and tagging activities. Whether you're a student, researcher, or passionate about wildlife, this course offers a unique opportunity to learn and make a difference.

Prior to arriving in Mexico, students are recommended to attend the Sea Turtle Ecology, Conservation, and Research Methods (online) course to prepare them for their visit.
